| How would you describe a person who is homophobic? I understand but they need to talk about their fears. Usually their fears are old conservative Christian views. How would you describe tolerance? Has nothing to do with liking. It’s about accepting different people respectfully and being adult enough to get past it. How do you feel about the street preachers outside of Pridefest today? Other Additional comments..... What they say has no bearing. Your good deeds / bad deeds do NOT prevent or get you into heaven. So it’s all pointless what the street preachers say. How do the Street preachers impact on your faith? None - comfortable in my faith Additional comments.... Have you had any hurtful experiences through the Christian church? None, thankfully. But I do not like the churches invented to accept homosexuality. If that is not what Christianity is about then these "new" churches need to separate and have a new religion which is the last thing, however, that is needed. Have you found the Christian church helpful to you? It gives me a moral background to be a good person that makes me proud of who I am. Is there anything you would like to say to the church? Save me from your followers before I give up on religion for good. |
