| How would you describe a person who is homophobic? Sick, morally bankrupt and ignorant. How would you describe tolerance? Yes I left my childhood (Episcopal) church because I did not feel welcome / accepted. Have you found the Christian church helpful to you? Yes MCC but it was too distracting and I didn't care for the pastor. Still looking for an open and affirming church to join but my personal faith is strong. I pray every day and thank God for his blessings. Is there anything you would like to say to the church? Organized religion is at the root of what is wrong with the world today. We would not be having a crusade against the Muslim world but for some minor differences in faith. Allah and the Judeo/Christian God are one and the same. The Bahai faith says it is better that there is no organized religion if it is the source of conflict. |
